Citizens Coalition for Change Member Of Parliament candidate Judith Tobaiwa has retained the Kwekwe central constituency seat after beating her rival bitter Energy Dhala Ncube of ZANU PF with a wide margin.
According to Kwekwe central constituency Chief Elections officer Willard Fazhe at the constituency command center, Judith Tobaiwa of CCC got 10 933 votes, Energy Dhala Ncube of ZANU PF 6541, Mbekezeli Ndlovu of the MDC-T 113 and Derrick Manwere of UZA 135.
ZEC declared Tobaiwa as the duly elected legislator for Kwekwe central constituency.
“I therefore declare Judith Tobaiwa of CCC as the duly elected national assembly member for Kwekwe central constituency,” said the Chief Elections Officer in Kwekwe Willard Fazhe.
