Zimbabwean customer experience guru, Benson Mukandiwa, a chartered manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) United Kingdom, was ranked as one of the top 10 World Customer Experience Professionals for 2023 by the United States-based Global Gurus Research Company.
Mukandiwa authored many books, including bestselling Customer and Employee Satisfaction. He trains customer management around the world through keynote addresses, articles and tweets.
He is recognised internationally as a customer service strategist, consumer psychologist, business analyst, author, research fellow in customer management and Editor In Chief for the Customer Magazine the Chartered Institute of Customer Management CICM Global‘s official bi-monthly magazine distributed across Africa.
Benson Mukandiwa carries more than 15 years of management practitioner experience.
He serves as the Vice President of Impact International Trust, Executive Chairman of the Southern Region at the Chartered Institute for Customer Management (CICM), Executive Board Secretary –Southern Region at the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) and National Executive Council board member at the Zimbabwe Institute of Management.
Mukandiwa is also an International Competitions Judge at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair(ZITF), an Independent Judge for Facilitation Impact Awards(FIA) and an Independent Facilitator of Programmes for Success Motivation International (SMI)-(USA), Marketers Association Zimbabwe (MAZ) and Zimbabwe Institute of Management.
Mukandiwa is currently engaged on a long-term contract by Nyaradzo Group.
